Big congratulations to Brenen Caffrey on graduating from Pinconning High School this past Sunday and officially taking the next step toward his future by joining the U.S. Army 🇺🇸💪

SFC Carnes had the opportunity to attend the graduation ceremony and celebrate the moment with Brenen and his family as they watched him close out one chapter and prepare to begin the next. Proud moment all around.

Brenen has chosen the 11X Infantry path with an Option 40 contract, putting himself on the road toward Airborne and Ranger opportunities. Big goals ahead, and he’s ready to chase them.

Welcome to the team, Brenen. The work starts now. 🔥

3rd Recruiting Brigade Commander Colonel Jensen stopped by the Bay City Station this week to spend time with the team, talk about the future of recruiting, and share leadership insight from across the mission. 🇺🇸

Moments like this are always a good reminder that recruiting is bigger than numbers — it’s about building future leaders and helping people change their lives.

Huge shoutout to SFC Carnes for being recognized for outstanding performance and the impact he’s had on the station’s success. His hard work, consistency, and enlistments helped push the station forward in a big way. Well deserved recognition. 🔥

Recruiting can be fast paced, stressful, and unpredictable… but having a strong team makes all the difference.

SSG Wiley, Gavin just signed his final contract—carrying him through to retirement, also known as Indefinite Enlistment. 📄✍️
