On May 6, 2026, the Michigan Executive Office of the Governor officially announced the MEDC Michigan Strategic Fund and MDOT Category A funding for Acra Cast’s expansion in Bay City. This funding will allow for a significant investment in First Street infrastructure.

Direct Bank Payments – Automatic withdrawal from checking or savings account

Drop Box – Located in the parking lot between City Hall and the Bay County Historical Museum

UCS Office – Located on the first floor of City Hall. Be sure to take a number from the dispenser when you arrive.

Payment Only Window – Located on the first floor of City Hall. Be sure to have your utility bill with you. You do not need to take a number for this service. You may pay with cash, check or card.

🗳️Here's a look at the City's polling locations which are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.:

Precinct 1-1: Bay County Health Department – 1200 Washington Ave

Precinct 2-1: Alice & Jack Wirt Public Library – 500 Center Ave

Precinct 3-1: City Hall – 301 Washington Ave

Precincts 4-1 & 5-1: Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish – 1503 Kosciuszko Ave

Precinct 6-1: Boys & Girls Club – 300 W. Lafayette Ave

Precinct 7-1: Bay County Community Center – 800 John F Kennedy Dr

Precincts 8-1 & 9-1: Bay City DPW Facility – 1645 Marquette Ave

Bay City voters, tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5, 2026, is the Special General Election Day, and polls will be open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
