Herter Music Center organizes and holds Band Camps in the Bay City MI region. We have been doing Band Camps for years making them educational and lots of fun.

Wonderful trip to Michigan’s Adventure with the Bangor Township Band Program! Thank you to all of the chaperones and families who helped make this day possible. It was definitely a warm one, but the memories, performances, and time together made it well worth it!

🎶 Future Bangor Band Families 🎶

This meeting is for all current 5th grade parents who have a student signed up for 6th Grade Band next year. If your child has not signed up yet but is still interested in band, please feel free to attend as well!

We are excited to already have nearly 80 students signed up for Beginning Band next year and look forward to meeting everyone on Tuesday, May 26 at 6:00pm in the John Glenn High School Auditorium. We will discuss instruments, rentals, and what to expect in band next year.

🎶 The 2026 John Glenn Marching Band Leadership Team met yesterday, and we are excited to officially kick off the 2026 marching season!

We are looking forward to our Marching Band Fundamental Boot Camp this Monday, May 18 from 6:30–8:30 PM.

Come out and support the Bangor Township Bands on Monday, May 11! 🎶

Join us at H2O’s Waterside Grill where 20% of your bill will be donated back to our band program. Every meal helps to support our student musicians!

Be sure to spread the word and show this flyer when you dine. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to see our band families and community there at H2O’s waterside grill!

🎶 Congratulations to three outstanding musicians from the Bangor Township Schools Band Program who were selected to receive scholarships from the Bay Concert Band!

These students also had the opportunity to perform with this incredible local community ensemble on Tuesday evening:

Ryley Collier - 10th Grade
Brady Delaney - 11th Grade
Jayden Valliere - 8th Grade

We are incredibly proud of their hard work, musicianship, and dedication to our program. Thank you to the Bay Concert Band for supporting young musicians in our community!
