🏊 U.S. MASTERS SWIM RETURNS THIS SEPTEMBER!

Ready to get back in the pool, improve your technique, or take on a new fitness challenge? U.S. Masters Swim is returning this September at the Y!

Open to adults 18+, this program is designed to help swimmers improve through technique instruction, interval training, endurance, and speed with Karen, our certified Masters coach.

Whether you’re a former competitive swimmer, a triathlete, or simply looking to improve your swimming and fitness, there’s a place for you in the pool!

Help your child start the school year feeling confident, focused, and ready to learn! Our 4-week yoga program for ages 4–8 combines fun themes like Ocean Yoga and Camping Yoga with movement, breathing, mindfulness, games, and relaxation.

🍪💰 From summer campers to little entrepreneurs!

Our Summer Camp kiddos had a BIG idea: host a bake sale to help raise money for a brand-new Gaga Ball Pit! 🏐

They rolled up their sleeves, got creative, and put their entrepreneurial skills to work, and we are SO proud to share that they raised an incredible $1,560.01 in three days! 🎉

That’s more than just a bake sale… it’s teamwork, creativity, leadership, and a whole lot of determination! 💙

We can’t wait to see their hard work turn into a new Gaga Ball Pit for everyone to enjoy! 👏

Give your little chef the chance to get hands-on in the kitchen, learn new skills, try new recipes, and build confidence while having fun! We have several upcoming Kids Cooking Classes at the Y for different ages and interests:

🍔 Kid in the Kitchen: Sliders
For ages 8–12
📅 Thursday, September 17
⏰ 6:00–7:30 PM
Kids will explore the basics of cooking through a fun, hands-on experience as they create their own delicious sliders!

🥪 Tots Cooking: Ham & Cheese Sliders
For ages 3–6
📅 Monday, September 15
⏰ 6:15–7:00 PM
A fun introduction to the kitchen designed specifically for toddlers and preschoolers, combining creativity, basic cooking skills, and plenty of hands-on fun!

🎸 As Seen on TV: Coco Cooking Class
For young chefs

⏰ 9:30–11:00 AM

Celebrate family, music, and delicious treats with a Coco-inspired cheesecake cooking class! Kids will learn how to mix, whip, and build their own cheesecake before decorating it with colorful touches inspired by the film, including marigold petals, guitar motifs, sugar-skull decorations, and fiesta colors. Music, themed activities, and plenty of creative fun included!
