Cobre Pride on Display!

Three recent Cobre High School graduates are continuing to make history while sharing history.

Join Elias Guadiana, Cheyanne Medrano, and Mateo Salcido as they present their National History Day exhibit, "Tierra o Muerte: The Tierra Amarilla Conflict," at the New Mexico History Museum in Santa Fe on Sunday, June 7, from 11:00 AMโ€“12:00 PM. During this special exhibit talk, they will discuss their research process, the challenges of interpreting a complex historical event, and their experience designing an award-winning exhibit.

These outstanding Cobre alumni have represented our school, community, and history with professionalism, dedication, and academic excellence. We could not be prouder of all they have accomplished.

If you're in the Santa Fe area, we encourage you to attend and support these amazing students. The event will be held at the Palace of the Governors and is included with admission; New Mexico residents receive free admission. It will also be livestreamed on Instagram through .

Congratulations, Elias, Cheyanne, and Mateo! Your hard work and passion for learning continue to inspire the next generation of Cobre students.
