Join us for the third annual myWheels Car Show in conjunction with myBlue Day Out, on Tuesday, August 4 from 5pm to 7pm, at the Village Hall (9075 N Regent Rd).

The myWheels Car Show will feature registrants showcasing their prized possessions. Judges will award winning cars with trophies and the car that takes first place will be featured as the 2026 logo. Spectators do not have to pay to attend, so even if you aren’t entering the competition, you can still walk through the rows of cars and pick your own favorites.

Are you missing something? Can’t find your keys? Did you leave your cellphone lying around? Come claim your found property at the Bayside Police Department! We have people turn in found property to the departments all the time, including items left at Ellsworth Park. If you believe any of the below items belong to you, please contact Officer Janssen at 414-351-9900 or [email protected] with questions or to schedule an appointment to retrieve them.

We are looking for the owner(s) of: rings (2), portable camera, scooters (2), wallets (2), laptop computers (3), phones (2), auto supplies, keys and fobs (6), bicycle helmets (2), baseball hats (4), water bottles (5), kitchen mat, helicopter toy, wallets (2), diaper bag, backpack, and f***y pack, baseball gloves (4), sunglasses, reading glasses, wrist watch, winter jackets (3), gloves, dog collar, dog jacket, sweatshirts and t-shirts (5), first aid kit, leaf blower, panel fencing, bicycles (2).

The above list is generalized with the hope that the owner can give additional identifying information to claim their item(s). Any property that goes unclaimed after February 15th, 2026, will be removed from the vault.

School is back in session! 🤓📓 And you know what that means... crosswalk safety! 🚸⚠️

Please be extra vigilant for walkers and bicycles in the areas of E Brown Deer Road/N Pelham Parkway and E Brown Deer Road/N Regent Road, especially around school hours! 🚶🚴‍♀️

For Drivers:
🛑 Slow down and yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk
🛑 Obey the speed limit
🛑 Use caution when backing or turning near a crosswalk
🛑 Never pass vehicles stopped in a crosswalk
🛑 Be alert and avoid distractions
🛑 Use extra caution during fog, rain, dark hours, etc.

For Pedestrians:
🛑 Use marked crosswalks
🛑 Check both directions, minimum of 2 times
🛑 Make eye contact with drivers before crossing
🛑 Follow rules of the road and obey signs and signals
🛑 Wear reflective clothing and ensure proper lighting on bicycles
🛑 Remember to push the crosswalk button, when available, and use the "See Me" flags

The Village is offering another opportunity for residents to dispose of any storm damage debris at this Saturday's Recycling Day as it will now include garbage drop off. Residents will be able to bring the below items to the Public Works Facility this Saturday, August 16 from 9-11:30am.
