Bayside Middle School We are a 5th through 8th grade middle school, part of the Fox Point-Bayside School District. We are part of the Fox Point J2 School District.

We are a 5th-8th grade middle school serving the Wisconsin communities of Fox Point and Bayside. We welcome respectful engagement and feedback on the Bayside Middle School social media platforms. 8th grade students in Engineering II designed and fabricated water bottle rockets. They had the chance to shoot them off and then make modifications to their design to make it go higher and last longer in the air. They had a lot of fun going through the engineering design process while completing this exciting project!

Parents, ask your child if they are one of the 58 students with overdue library books. Overdue book notices were emailed to students today. They can check their email to see if they have anything that needs to returned. All books need to be returned to the library asap.

Note: If they get a notice that a Chromebook is overdue, ignore that. Their device is likely out for repair.

Our 5th graders recently took an exciting field trip to JA Biztown, where they put their financial literacy skills to good use! Prior to the trip, students completed lessons on money management, what makes a community function, and how people, businesses, and banks connect. During the visit, students learned firsthand what it takes to run a business, make financial decisions, and work together. Students had different jobs and responsibilities at various companies and performed those tasks throughout the day.
