This photo was from the ceremony at Larry's clubhouse yesterday. We presented colors and Sal played taps. It was great turnout by the community. Again people were coming up to us thanking us and saying how sharp we looked.
It was a bust weekend to say the least. Again thank you to the Marines who showed up.

While the Lacey Parade was cancelled a few of still attended the ceremony inside the town hall. We presented a wreath which by the way was the nicest wreath there. I said a few words and thanked the committee for inviting us.
Thanks to Marines Pivarnick,Holland, Barrow, Cannon. Migliorisi, Vergara Snyder and Baglieri for attending. We got quite a few thank you from some dignitaries who represent Lacey.
That's why its imperative that we get out and about so people know what we do.
Carol Mittlesdorf also posed with us. Her parents Joe and Lillian were both life members of our detachment. They both did a lot for our detachment

I would like to thank Commandant Meola and Marines Holland, Ehresman, Rothfeldt, Swiers and Puorro for attending the this Memorial Day Celebration this morning at Southern Regional High School.

The Cadet Malley in the middle is leaving for Marine Boot Camp next month. It was a great turnout by the community

There are 7087 Flags standing tall one for each service person who have died since 9/11.

Awesome performances by the SRHS band and choir.

A big shoutout to the SRHS AFJROTC/NJ-931st in hosting the event. One of the highlights was the Coast Guard Helicopter flyover.
