We would like to thank each and every one of you folks that came to our breakfast last Saturday! We were AMAZED! We had to run to town to get more supplies and still basically ran out by 11 am! At one point the line reached all the way acrossed the street to the other sidewalk! That is AMAZING! From all of us at Beaman Fire, THANK YOU!

After our morning breakfast, there will be lots of stuff for the kiddos to do, parade starting at 1:30 pm, afternoon shenanigans, then Not Quite Brothers on the main stage later that evening!

Main St North of the Memorial Building will be CLOSED off for the stage setup, so we ask that you please come and leave from South side of town for breakfast, we are working on possible rides for the elderly folk that can’t walk as far, possibly some parking behind the hall as well, don’t let a little walk stray you away from an amazing breakfast!

Parade lineup will be at Becks on the north side of town in their big lot, their lot is being opened for PARADE ENTRIES only, no spectator parking please!
There is no entry fee in the parade, surrounding are fire departments are more then welcome to attend, along with anyone else who may have something neat to put in the parade!

We can’t wait to see everyone for a fun filled weekend!

Temporary power outage due to a line down north of town, alliant is on scene and working on getting it fixed.

We recently received our new gator and Bryce and Jeff got to put some miles on it tonight burning some crp! We carry a 50 gallon water tank with a four stroke gasoline pump on it for grass fires and crp burns, the gator also comes in handy if we have to go down the comet trail to get to someone that may be injured or needs help. You will be seeing it around town during the Memorial Day weekend festivities, black dirt days parade, and also when ragbrai stops in town! Don’t be afraid to stop and take a look at it! A special thank you to our friends over at Vanwall for making this happen every year! We appreciate it!

We will be conducting a controlled crp burn this evening around 6 pm north of beaman roughly a mile, smoke will be going over the road most likely so please use caution in that area!

Go give our brothers some support over at Conrad Fire department for their fireman’s breakfast! Great food!
