Bear Vale Farm Grass-fed Beef Bear Vale Farm is owned and operated by Cody and Lori Pulvermacher and daughters. We are excited to offer our local market with grass-fed beef.

Grass-fed beef simply means that the our cattle forage and graze for their own fresh food in the pastures of Bear Vale Farm, located in Bear Valley, WI. During the winter months they are fed alfalfa and grass hay, produced right here on the farm. Occasionally, we treat them to apples and garden scraps. Unlike grain-fed animals, the emphasis is on providing the closest thing to a natural diet as po

ssible. No grains, hormones, pesticides, antibiotics, or growth supplements enter our cattle. The result is beef that is leaner, healthier, and more flavorful. A better option for you and your family. We believe it's important to know where your food comes from and to care about what goes into your food.

✨Freshened Up and Standing Proud ✨
When we moved to the farm in 2013, we hung our sign with pride to feature our name, logo, and hope for the journey ahead. Over the years, it seen cold Wisconsin winters and blazing afternoon sun fading the luster of our beloved sign.

Last week, we carved out time to bring it back to life and love the refreshed and brilliant look that greets our visitors and every car that zips down the highway.

The last photo is the before picture that I almost forgot capture, but did so just after starting to apply some paint! As you can see, overdue for some attention!
