On Monday 8/10 Meher Circle is scheduled to be paved (weather permitting). Please expect delays. The road is not being closed during the paving but there will be delays. Thank you for your patience.

7/30/26 - Good Morning Woodstock! Just a quick briefing on where we are with respect to yesterday storm and our plan for recovery. Obviously yesterday storm dropped a significant amount of rain. Our hardest hit locations where the Willow and Lake Hill area. As of right now, no roads are closed that we know of.

With respect to storm recovery, this may take some time. We thank you for your patience as we continue to assess the Town Of Woodstocks road conditions. Please continue to exercise caution while utilizing the roadways. 

We are prioritizing our efforts on the storm damage done to the roadway starting on Silver Hollow Road.

We anticipate cleanup to continue into early next week.

7/29/26 7:45 am - Hutchen Hill Road is currently closed due to a tree across the road. There are wires involved and the utility has been notified. I will post an update when we learn more.

7/8 7Am- the weather looks good. Blacktopping will be happening today!

7/7 6AM - due to rain we are postponed again. We will update when we know more

7/6 4pm update - as of now it looks like we are on schedule to be black topping tomorrow (Tuesday and Wednesday) Crews will working 6am-4:30pm. The anticipated order will be Crosspatch, then Lewis Hollow

7/6 6AM update- the blacktopping is not happening today due to the rain. There will be crews out today continuing the prep work on these roads.

Please be aware that starting on Monday July 6th we are planning on top coating Crosspatch road and access will be very limited during this time. We recommend moving out your vehicles the night before if you have to be out early. We expect Crpsspatch to have this limited access just for Monday (weather permitting)

Also Lewis Hollow is scheduled for major roadwork but one lane of roadway will remain passible during the work.

Please drive slow through the work zones.

4/14/2026 Tannery Brook Bridge Update

The Tannery Brook Bridge is now closed. Ohayo Mountain Road is still accessible via Mill Stream Road. Ulster County has confirmed there will be pedestrian and bicycle access through the duration of the project.

**Notice - Bridge Closing on 4/14/2026 for Replacement

Ulster County Department of Public Works anticipate that Sullys Bridge on Tannery Brook Road  -intersecting with Millstream Road and Ohayo Mountain Road -will be closed starting April 14, 2026 for replacement.

To effectively complete this replacement, Tannery Brook Road will be closed at the north end of Sully’s bridge.

Please use alternate routes during this time.
