May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage conversations about mental well-being. Take this opportunity to learn more about mental health and discover helpful ways to care for yourself and those around you.

Starting May 11th, KRDHD will be offering free Mental Health Activity Bags available for pick-up at all KRDHD Health Department locations, while supplies last. Each bag includes a mental health activity book filled with helpful tools, resources, and activities designed to support emotional wellness. Topics include anxiety, depression, mindfulness, stress management, and healthy coping skills.

Whether you are looking to improve your own mental wellness or support someone you care about, these activity bags are a great way to learn, reflect, and practice positive mental health habits.
