💧 Beattyville Waterworks Customer Notice 💧

Due to ongoing construction at the water treatment plant, some customers may currently be experiencing low water pressure or no water.

We want to assure our customers that the treatment plant is back up and running, and we are currently pushing water into the system. However, it may take some time for the water system to fully recover and for pressure to build back up, especially in areas that are higher in elevation or farther from the plant.

Our crews are aware of the situation and are working to restore normal water pressure throughout the system as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work is being completed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for allowing our crews time to get the system back to normal.

We are so excited to share that the City of Beattyville now has its very own bucket truck!

We can now change out banners as needed and keep Main Street looking fresh, welcoming, and full of pride.

A huge thank you to Mayor Jackson, Ferrell Wise, and our City Council for being good stewards of the city’s money. By being patient and waiting for the right opportunity, they were able to purchase a quality used bucket truck that will serve our community for years to come.

We are especially proud to have our military banners up, honoring those who have served, and now we’ll be able to update and rotate them regularly.

And a special thank you to Sam, Dan, and Waldo—we appreciate you!
