🚧 NEW WORK ORDER SYSTEM! 🚧 Link to follow in a couple of weeks!

We’re excited to announce that our Public Works Department is launching a new work order system to help us better manage, track, & respond to maintenance needs throughout our community! 🛠️ We will be moving away from SeeClickFix to Brightly. It has a similar work order submittal process: enter your location, select the issue & provide any relevant details (photos optional).

This new system will help our team:
✅ Track work orders from start to completion
✅ Monitor response times & project progress
✅ Keep more accurate records of maintenance activities & KPI’s
✅ Plan future improvements, like preventative maintenance schedules, more efficiently

This system will give our Public Works team better tools to keep our community safe, clean, & running smoothly. 🌳🚛 We’re always looking for ways to improve our service to the community, & this is another step toward working smarter, responding faster, & building a stronger community together.

Thank you for your continued support as we put this new system to work! 💪 A link will be posted in the coming weeks.

Flash Flooding Possible Today

08/25/2026

💧especially when heavy rain is in the forecast.

Keeping drainage systems clear helps reduce flooding throughout our community. Blocked ditches, storm drains, and culverts can prevent water from flowing properly, increasing the risk of localized flooding.

Take a look around your neighborhood. See a blocked drain or drainage area?
If it’s safe to do so, help clear nearby debris and report maintenance concerns when you see them.

Shoutout to our newest Stormwater Associate: Markell! Hello hello & welcome!👏

When a tree falls across the road, our Public Works team is ready to respond.

Early this morning, our crew safely removed a fallen tree that was blocking Mossy Oaks Rd, restoring safe access for motorists asap. From clearing debris to ensuring roads remain safe & passable, these are an important part of the work our team performs every day—often behind the scenes.

We appreciate our dedicated team for their quick response, teamwork, & commitment to keeping our community safe.

Thank you for another job well done! 🌳🚧
