🚑 Safety Week at Harmony Science Academy – Beaumont Elementary! 🦺❤️

Today, we were excited to welcome Acadian EMS to our campus as part of our Safety Week activities! Our students had the opportunity to learn more about the important role emergency medical professionals play in keeping our community safe.

We also completed a “hold drill" to help our students and staff practice the procedures we would follow if we ever needed to keep hallways and common areas clear while continuing normal activities inside classrooms.

Practicing these procedures helps everyone feel prepared, confident, and ready to respond appropriately in an emergency.

A big THANK YOU to our EMS professionals for visiting our Cubs and helping us make safety a priority! 🚑🐾

🚨 Safety Week at Harmony Science Academy – Beaumont Elementary! 🚨

Today, we continued our focus on keeping our Cubs safe by welcoming Officer Van from the Beaumont Police Department to our campus! 👮‍♂️💙 Officer Van visited several classrooms, spent time with our scholars, and helped reinforce the importance of safety and being prepared.

Our campus also successfully completed a lockdown drill today. These drills give our students and staff the opportunity to practice our safety procedures so everyone knows what to do in the event of an emergency.

We are proud of how calmly and responsibly our Cubs and staff handled today’s activities! 🐾❤️💙

A special thank you to Officer Van and the Beaumont Police Department for partnering with us and helping make Safety Week meaningful for our students!

🚨 Exciting Days of Safety at HSA Beaumont! 🚒
What an incredible couple of days for our elementary students! We kicked things off yesterday by practicing our safety drills, and our students did an absolutely fantastic job following directions.
Today, the excitement went to a whole new level! We had some very special guests from our local fire department visit the campus. Not only did we successfully practice another drill, but the students also got an up-close look at the massive fire trucks!
Firefighters do so much more than just put out fires. They are true community heroes who work around the clock, rescue people in emergencies, teach safety, and keep our neighborhoods secure every single day.
We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. A massive THANK YOU to the fire department for stopping by, inspiring our students, and helping us keep safety a top priority at Harmony Science Academy Beaumont Elementary! ❤️👏
