Smoke Free Policy Comment and Hearing. The HABD will have a comment period starting August 24th - October 7th, 2026. The policy can be reviewed during regular business hours Mon-Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Hearing is set for October 8, 2026 at 4:30 pm at the HABD Conference Room.
