⭐️🚔 Officer Spotlight 🚔⭐️

This Officer Spotlight features Officer Teschner. Officer Teschner is currently a 2nd shift patrol officer and he’s been with BDPD for 1.5 years

Before beginning his career in law enforcement, he worked for a local municipality in their water utility department. Although he had no prior law enforcement experience, he always had a strong interest in serving the community and he ultimately decided to make the career change into policing.

Officer Teschner enjoys that Beaver Dam still has a small-town feel to it. He also appreciates the tremendous amount of support that the police department receives from the community.

Outside of work, Officer Teschner enjoys camping with his wife and two dogs, as well as spending time hunting and fishing.

Thank you, Officer Teschner, for your dedication and service to the Beaver Dam community

In 1962, National Police Week was established by Congress to honor the brave law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

During this week, we remember and recognize those heroes, while also showing appreciation for the men and women who continue to serve our communities every day.

The Beaver Dam Police Department would like to thank all past, present, and future law enforcement officers who have taken on the responsibility of protecting and serving our community. Your dedication, courage, and sacrifice do not go unnoticed.
