Thanks for visiting the official Beaver Borough page! Located along the Ohio River just 40 minutes northwest of Pittsburgh and only 20 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport, this vibrant, small town combines all the beauty and charm of its 200-year history with a thriving 21st-Century energy that provides the best of all worlds in schools, property values, convenience, recreat
ion and health care. Our scenic town boasts broad, tree-lined streets, thriving downtown, nine parks in one square mile, many churches, year-round activities and events, and a convenient and very safe community environment in which to live and work. Most of Beaver is on the National Register of Historic Places and it is named as a “Tree City USA”. The school system and public library are both top-rated, and Beaver is home to the national award-winning Beaver historical museum, located on the Beaver Heritage Campus.
