Cook together this summer while learning how to reduce food waste in your home! Green Apron is a statewide virtual program through Utah 4-H and Hunger Solutions Institute - NourishSmart.
This series is for youth ages 12-18 who want to participate in a live, virtual cook-along each week for six weeks! Youth will build kitchen confidence while learning creative ways to reduce food waste at home and enjoy cooking a variety of recipes including enchilada casserole, fruit popsicles, and veggie fritters.
