s, Traditional and Non-traditional K-12 Education, and STEM expertise. It was created out of a need for a central location for collection of STEM assets, partnerships, and potential collaborations to grow a strong system of STEM K-20 education leading into current and future jobs. The RSC's sole focus is to increase the number of students entering into STEM Career Pathways and ultimately becoming a part of our region's strong STEM Workforce. Our systematic approach centers on:

1. Identifying projected STEM workforce needs in Ohio's key industry growth areas
2. Seeking out and supporting STEM initiatives and creating synergistic partnering opportunities around the region
3. Promoting national, state, and regional programs to develop and retain a strong STEM workforce
4. Working to enhance STEM teaching methodology and resources inside our classrooms
Strengthening our collaborative network. JOIN the RSC Team and become a key stakeholder to share your passion for developing the next generation of thinkers, innovators, and doers! "STEM Education fosters innovation, drives entrepreneurship, grows companies, and creates jobs." - Roy Church, President, Lorain Community College.
