Let's start by laughing. On City Council in 2010, we allowed Beaverton residents to have up to 4 chickens. One of the concerns we heard was about chickens pecking at each other. I created this video a couple of years later. We didn't really consider decreasing the number allowed to 1 but everything the Chicken Whisperer says about chickens is accurate.
