Hegarty Mansion Update

Over the years, many visitors have asked whether the mansion might someday be opened for private paranormal investigations.

As interest continues to grow, we are currently exploring what such a program might look like and whether it can be offered in a way that protects the historic property while providing a meaningful experience for guests.

No final decisions have been made, but we are actively evaluating options and discussing future possibilities.

What began as a hobby in the 1940s eventually grew into a nationally recognized collection that sold for more than $2.1 million at Sotheby's in New York.

We've added a new article exploring the story of Covert and Gertrude Hegarty, their remarkable collection, and the auction that captivated collectors from across the country.

Last night was a wonderful evening here at Hegarty Mansion as we welcomed Troop 44 Boy Scouts for their visit.

It is always special to see younger generations step inside a place filled with history, curiosity, and shared experiences. The laughter, questions, and energy throughout the mansion made for a truly memorable night.

A special thank you to Tyson Lidgett and Wendy Gordon, who continue to be wonderful co-hosts. Their educational insight, fun antics, and welcoming personalities always help make these visits both enjoyable and memorable for our guests. We are grateful to have them. 🖤
