Becket Athenaeum: Becket-Washington's Community Library We are the library that serves the towns of Becket and Washington and are located at 3367 Main St in Becket. Our mailing address is:
PO Box 9
Becket, MA 01223

While we are much more than a typical library, we do offer a diverse, current collection of both fiction and non-fiction books, magazines, books on CDs, DVDs, and e-books.

We provide a number of passes to local museums so you can experience the rich culture this area has to offer. These Museum Passes are supported in part by grants from the towns of both Becket and Washington local cultural council (LCC), local agencies which are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. We have 3 public computers, 5 iPads, free wi-fi in and outside the building and a litany of free services and programs.

We'll be closing at 6:30pm tonight, September 24.
