Join the West Virginia Project WET team in Charleston, WV for a year of hands-on impact supporting water education programs across the state.

This position will help expand partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community groups, especially in rural and underserved Appalachian communities. The member will support outreach planning, develop education tools and resources, build communication systems, and help grow programs that teach water conservation and watershed science in fun and engaging ways.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about environmental education, program development, and community engagement!

Every year, SIP places hundreds of college students, recent grads, and early-career professionals in national parks across the country to support real-world natural resource projects. 🚨We are URGENTLY RECRUITING for a Vegetation Management Steward with the United States Forest Service at Homochitto National Forest in Meadville, Mississippi. The member will serve a 22-week AmeriCorps service term and receive the following benefits plus more:
