I was surprised to learn that the Town Board's town-wide "Leaf Blower Ban" was pulled from the agenda. The board said it pulled at the request of the Leaf Blower committee as they would like to change it because "they would like the timing to be more aggressive." Conveniently, that will move it until after the election. Where is the transparency? You can attend a Democratic slate fundraiser tomorrow hosted by Leaf Blower committee members to ask them about their “more aggressive” plans.

It was fantastic to see so many friends at our grand opening of the Bedford United campaign HQ this morning! Clearly our message is resonating with voters who want transparent, open government at the town level. The sweet treats may have helped too and were certainly a hit with the younger contingency!
