The Bedford Health Department is offering flu vaccinations to Bedford community members ages 3 years and older on Bedford Day, Saturday September 19th, 2026 from 9am-12pm, by appointment. Look for the big white tent behind the yellow Town Center Building!

Annual Trash Cart Bills Have Been Mailed

Annual trash cart bills have been mailed to residents enrolled in additional cart services. Payments are due October 1, 2026.

💻 Pay online: Use the bill number printed on your invoice and enter calendar year 2027 when making your payment: unipaygold.unibank.com/transactioninfo.aspx?TID=33493

🏛️ Pay in person: Payments may also be made at the Collector’s Office, Town Hall, 2nd floor.

📬 Please do not mail payments to the DPW.

Fawn Lake is scheduled to be temporarily closed to public access on Monday, August 31st for herbicide application to aquatic vegetation by the Town's contractor. Weather may affect the schedule. This work is being done as part of a previously permitted Community Preservation project, which included a Pond Management Plan. Signs will be posted near the Sweetwater Avenue and Springs Road access points to Fawn Lake.

In-person early voting is available at the Town Clerk’s Office through Thursday, August 27th, during regular business hours.

Election Day is Tuesday, September 1st, polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. All precincts vote at the John Glenn Middle School, 99 McMahon Ave.
