Remember today is the FREE country music show. At 5 The Band Pure Country Band will take the stage and then at 7 Lloyd Wood and the band he use to play with at Little Nashville will take the stage. Concessions will be available. Orange Leaf ,Corey's Dutchboy double deckers, and the Disabled Veterans Wish Foundation of Indiana will have popcorn. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy a free evening . We will also have Brady Short's race car and have his autographed picture and t shirts for sale. For more information call 812-583-8027. The concert will be at 1001 J street at Sipes Body Shop.

Saturday August 8th will be our next show. It will be FREE and it will be on the parking lot of Sipes Body Shop at 1001 7th Street. Just bring a lawn chair. At 500 p.m. Pure Country Band will open for Lloyd Wood and his old band that he use to play with in Little Nashville. Lloyd will start at 700 p.m. There will be vendors set up selling sandwiches and drinks . Brady Short will also have one of his Sprint cars there on display. We hope to see you there. Make sure to mark your calendars. Fliers and signs will be up soon.

Our last show for the season will be FOREVER GOLD on Saturday August 23rd, at Mitchell High School Auditorium. Show starts at 700 and doors open at 600. Tickets are $10.00 and may be purchased from any band member or at Sipes Body Shop or by calling 812-583-8027.

Our next show will be saturday July 19th at Mitchell High School Auditorium at 700p.m. doors open at 600 p.m. The Band Pure Country will be performing they have been together for three years. The members include Kenny Baker, front man lead vocals, Lonzo Weible lead guitar and lead vocals. Tommy Henson on fiddle. Allan Purtlebaugh on second guitar and back up vocals. Chris Main on bass and back up vocals. Tim Gosch on drums. The band has opened for national acts including Joe Diffie, Brad Paisley, Lori Morgan, Brian White, Kentucky Headhunters, 38 Special, Wade Hayes,and others. Some members of the band have recorded in Nashville TN. And as a group they all enjoy playing for and entertaining for others. You won't want to miss this group. Tickets are only $10.00.
