❤️ Support for Shawnee Apartment Complex Families

Following the recent fire at the Shawnee Apartment Complex in Bedford, Bertha’s Mission dba Sister’s In Transition and Sicil are working together to provide assistance to affected families.

Assistance may include:
• Full or queen-size beds
• Dorm-size refrigerators
• Microwaves
• Lamps

Affected families may begin calling Tuesday:

We will try to help as much as our available resources allow. Both agencies also have additional resources that may be helpful during this time of need.

Because of your generosity, Bertha’s Mission continues to provide Food for the Soul to neighbors in our community. Every meal served is a reminder that kindness makes a difference.
As we prepare for another week, we’re asking for your help. We are currently in need of food donations and essential supplies, including canned goods, pasta, meats, snacks, bottled water, paper products, bleach, hand soap, and three-compartment hinged to-go containers (plates).

Every donation—big or small—helps us continue serving those who need it most.
