Bedford General District Court will be closing at 1pm today, July 28, 2026. We remain without internet services and are unable to have access to our case management systems to provide any customer service to you. We plan to open at 8am on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 in the hopes that our services have been restored. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please take notice of the following order that has been entered by Bedford Circuit Court, Judge Nance, effective immediately.

Cellphones and other portable electronic devices shall not be brought into or used in the courtrooms without authorization from the presiding judge.

Please make arrangements for your portable electronic devices and cellphones prior to coming into the courtroom. The clerks office and staff are not responsible for holding these devices while you are in the courtroom.
