• All 4-H and FFA exhibitors must use FairEntry for all entries for the Taylor County Fair.
❗️ FairEntry is open until July 1st for all Livestock entries. No late entries will be accepted.
❗️FairEntry is open until July 8th for all Static, Communications and Clothing entries. No late entries will be accepted.
• Clover Kids do not need to enter projects into FairEntry

Morgan is a seasoned 4-Her with seven years of experience. She enjoys working on her beef projects and gaining experiences through the fair.

Once of her favorite memories is when her friend Brynlee was getting her pigs on the trailer during fair time!

The Taylor County Fair Board is excited to expand the Future 4-Her show to provide new opportunities to the Future 4-Her's and current 4-Her's in our county.

The Future 4-Her show will now take place after the swine, sheep, goat show and in between the beef shows.

In conjunction with the show, the Taylor County Extension Office is offering the Future 4-Her mentor and mentee program this summer.

Future 4-Her's do not need a mentor to show, but the opportunity to be paired with one is an option.

Registration is required for these shows and are due to the Extension Office by July 14. If you have any questions about the Future 4-Her Show or the mentor program, please contact Kristen at the Extension Office at [email protected] or (712) 523-2137.

🍀𝟒-𝐇 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 | 𝐖𝐲𝐚𝐭𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐝

Throughout Wyatt's time in 4-H, he's learned many lessons on leadership, responsibility, how to work with others and how to communicate. His various livestock projects taught him how to have an effective work ethic.

"While being a 4-H member, I hope I was able to show others an area of my life that I am passionate about and hoped to have helped others along the way," said Wyatt.

Time spent at the Taylor County Fair having water fights, playing baseball and football amongst the campers are some of Wyatt's favorite memories of 4-H.

Wyatt will be attending Southwestern Community College for one year before transferring to Iowa State University to major in agriculture.

4-H has shaped Eli into the hard working and responsible individual he is today.

"Being a 4-H member here has meant a lot to me, I've meet new people through this organization and learned valuable lessons from the livestock I've worked with," said Eli.

Winning Grand Champion Market Hog during his 8th grade year was one of Eli's favorite memories in his 4-H career. Time spent at the State Fair is also a favorite time for him

After graduation, Eli will be attending Southwest Minnesota State University to major in agriculture business and play wheelchair basketball.

This year we are moving our FREE BBQ to Tuesday to help kick off the fair! We wanted a chance to celebrate with all of you before the busy week gets rolling. ❤️
