Cumberland Valley Township will be holding a Bulky Waste Day on July 22nd from 8 to Noon. Electronics will be accepted for a fee of $20 per item.

Reminder: The discount period expires at 7:00 pm Friday the 31st for paying Spring Taxes. Extended office hours are Weds.-Thurs.-Fri. 9-11 am & 5-7 pm. If mailed, must be postmarked by March 31. Please share this post with all your contacts in the Valley.

The Township will be looking for a new Secretary/Treasurer and a new Tax Collector by year's end. The Tax Collector is an elected position and to be on the primary ballot a petition needs to be filed during February 14-Mar 7. The Supervisors will appoint the Secretary/Treasurer.

Beverly Myers has been appointed Township Tax Collector to replace the resigned Susan Llewellyn.

Trick or Treat will be October 29, 2016 from 6-8pm in the Valley. Be safe.

The township will be having a bulky waste day on July 9th from 8 am till Noon at the township building. No Freon, tires, batteries or paint, propane or electronics. Donations will be accepted. Please share this post with others in the Valley.
