The district is currently holding students from dismissal due to a severe thunderstorm warning. This will cause a delay in dismissal across the district as we wait for the storm to safely pass. The Central Office will provide an update as soon as it is safe for students to dismiss.

🔥Wildfire risk is increased across Arkansas, and the Department of Agriculture is asking residents to stay alert and use caution. Dry weather has made it easier for fires to start and harder to keep them contained, which means even small outdoor fires can spread quickly under the right conditions.

A Burn Ban is now in effect for White County.

All 75 Arkansas counties are currently at a moderate wildfire risk, and 23 counties have active burn bans. At the moderate level, fires that may have been routine a month ago can ignite more easily, spread faster, and require more resources to control. With excessive heat and dry conditions moving into the state, we expect fire risk to continue increasing.

We are urging all Arkansans to avoid outdoor burning, postpone any activities that could create sparks, secure trailer chains, avoid parking on dry grass, and follow all county burn bans and local restrictions.

Report any wildfire immediately to the Department’s Forestry Dispatch at 1‑800‑468‑8834.

In just 198 days of 2026, the Beebe Fire Department has officially surpassed 1,000 calls for service. This is a significant milestone that highlights the increasing demand for emergency services in our community.

Every call represents someone in need, whether it’s a medical emergency, structure fire, motor vehicle accident, rescue, public service, or any other request for service. As Beebe continues to grow, so does the responsibility placed on your fire department. Our call volume has steadily increased, and our firefighters continue to answer each call with professionalism, dedication, and pride.

This milestone is a testament to the hard work of our full-time firefighters, volunteers, and the families who support them behind the scenes. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, our crews remain ready to respond whenever our community calls.

To the citizens of Beebe, THANK YOU for your trust and continued support. It is an honor to serve this community, and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service no matter the challenge.

Tonight, your Beebe Firefighters are in the classroom furthering their education with a Traffic Incident Management System (TIMS) class. This training helps our crews operate safely and efficiently while working roadway incidents. Thank you to Chief Sawyer with the Sherwood Fire Department for teaching the class.
