📣 Exciting Updates at the Washington Township Community Hall!

As we continue to maintain and improve our beautiful community space, updated rental rates for the Washington Township Community Hall will go into effect May 1st.

🏡 Washington Township Residents:
The rental fee will increase to $150 plus a $100 deposit.

🌎 Non-Residents (outside Washington Township):
The rental fee will increase to $300 plus a $100 deposit.

This adjustment helps us continue providing a welcoming and well-maintained space for birthday parties, family gatherings, showers, meetings, and community events.

💡 Already booked? No worries!
All rentals that are scheduled or have deposits submitted prior to today will still be honored at the current rates:
• $125 plus deposit for Washington Township residents
• $250 plus deposit for non-residents

🚧 Reminder: The Washington Township Community Hall will be closed during the month of April as we complete an upgrade to our HVAC system to improve comfort for future events.

📢 Community Hall Update 📢

The Washington Township Community Hall will be closed for the month of April 2026 due to a major HVAC system upgrade. We appreciate your patience as we make important improvements to better serve our community.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve been proud to invest in the Hall, including:
• Refinishing the John C. Dean Memorial Theater flooring
• Installing a new roof
• Adding beautiful new flooring to the lower level
• Replacing most kitchen appliances
• Installing an ADA-accessible chair lift serving all three levels
• Rebuilding the outside concrete stairs and adding an ADA-accessible ramp

Current projects underway:
• Replacing the outdated HVAC system with a new, modern system
• Adding a digital sign in front of the building

These upgrades help ensure the Community Hall remains safe, accessible, and welcoming for years to come. Thank you for your continued support!
