Sheriff Randy Aguirre and members of the Bee County Sheriff’s Office were proud to attend and provide security for the 17th Annual Bee County Republican Roundup last night.

Sheriff Aguirre and deputies worked alongside Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s security detail. Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz, Rep JM Lozano, Rep Todd Hunter and Senator Adam Hinojosa were also in attendance as we were able ensure a safe and successful experience including our drone equipment providing aerial coverage during the event. We are pleased to report that the evening went smoothly and concluded without incident.

Sheriff Aguirre extends his appreciation to the organizers of the Bee County Republican Roundup for the work and preparation that goes into hosting such a large community event each year. It was also an honor to welcome Governor Abbott to Bee County and work alongside his security team.

Thank you to everyone involved for their cooperation and professionalism in making the evening a safe and successful one.

🚔 BCSO WELCOMES NEW CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR 🚔

The Bee County Sheriff’s Office is proud to welcome Criminal Investigator Joshua Haynes to our team!

Sgt. Investigator Haynes comes to BCSO with 10 years of prior law enforcement service in the area, including significant experience in criminal investigations. His knowledge and experience will be a great addition to our Criminal Investigations Division.

Sheriff Randy Aguirre and the entire Bee County Sheriff’s Office are pleased to welcome Investigator Haynes aboard and look forward to the service he brings to the citizens of Bee County.

*Bee County Deputies make arrests and recover stolen property*

Bee County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded rapidly following a reported theft from the Blue Ribbon Country Store in Beeville.

Deputies were provided a description of the suspect vehicle and quickly located it near Skidmore, where two individuals were detained and stolen property was recovered.

Adrienne Marie Nash, 47, of Corpus Christi, was arrested and charged with a San Patricio County theft warrant, Theft – Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of a Criminal Instrument – Class B Misdemeanor, and Possession of Dangerous Drugs – Class A Misdemeanor.

James Anthony Hernandez, 39, of Corpus Christi, was arrested and charged with Theft – Class A Misdemeanor and Possession of a Criminal Instrument – Class B Misdemeanor.
At the time of this release, no bond has yet been set for either individual.

Further investigation revealed additional property inside the vehicle believed to have been stolen in Corpus Christi. Investigators will continue working to identify the property and determine whether it is connected to additional thefts.

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges may be filed as more of the recovered property is identified.

Sheriff Randy Aguirre is proud of the quick response and teamwork demonstrated by our deputies. Their ability to rapidly locate the suspect vehicle, take the offenders into custody, and recover stolen property is another example of the dedication of the men and women of the Bee County Sheriff’s Office.

What a beautiful morning in Bee County. I had a chance to get out in the field early this morning and ride with our Deputies. I always enjoy spending time with the men and women who are out there every day putting their lives on the line to keep our communities safe. Proud of our team and the great work they do.

Sheriff Randy Aguirre was proud to attend the memorial plaque dedication ceremony honoring the life and legacy of John W. Galloway, Sr. at the Bee County Expo Center.

It was both a privilege and a humbling experience to be part of such a meaningful tribute to a man who was a cherished member of the Beeville community. Mr. Galloway’s legacy of service and dedication will continue to be remembered for generations to come.

The Bee County Sheriff’s Office extends its gratitude to everyone who helped make this special ceremony possible and joins the community in honoring the lasting impact of John W. Galloway’s life.

Sheriff Aguirre was proud to represent Bee County in Fort Worth earlier this week at the 148th Annual Sheriff’s Association of Texas Training Conference. We heard from a host of speakers, including Lt. Governor Dan Patrick, all with a common message; protecting our Country and Counties. We received mandated training, saw some of the latest in law enforcement technology. We had a chance to build relationships with our fellow sheriffs, which is imperative in times of crises.

Our Sheriff, Randy Aguirre, had the honor of attending the FBI National Command Course this past week in Quantico, VA. It included an intensive 5-day executive leadership program designed for sheriffs, police chiefs and chief executives of small law enforcement agencies with fewer than 50 sworn officers. The program, which covers topics such as media relations, officer wellness, and targeted violence, is fully funded by the FBI. Sheriff Aguirre was one of several hundred applicants who applied and only 60 from all over the U.S. were chosen to attend.

Sheriff Aguirre is committed to continuous professional development and bringing the latest leadership principles and best practices back to the Bee County Sheriff’s Office.
