If you have an appt with eye dr. Tomorrow 5/21 please stop by the office today 5/20 to get your voucher. Bring in your ID and proof of income.

Hi Everyone. We have had a great response for eye exams and glasses unfortunately we are out of funds for the moment. If you didn’t get in this time try us after April20th we should have more funding then. Please note we get this funding every 3 months so please be patient and give us a call anyway to see when our next round will be. Be blessed.
