Town of Bel Air Arts & Entertainment District Artists, businesses, government and cultural organizations come together in the Bel Air Arts & Entertainment District.

Our Social Media Acceptable Use Policy is available at https://www.belairmd.org/136/Technology The 99-acre district covers most of downtown. Five venues that bring arts alive in Bel Air are: Bel Air High School, Rockfield Manor, Shamrock Park, John Carroll High School and the Bel Air Reckord Armory. Throughout the rest of the District, our residents and neighbors will find artistic pursuits in likely and unlikely places such as Harford Council Chamber gallery, churches and retail stores.
