1️⃣ Get ready to celebrate Lake Wallace! 💚

The tents are going up, the flags are being hung, the trail is ready, our vendors are prepping away, and we’re getting VERY excited to welcome everyone tomorrow!

Join us for a day of accessible recreation, nature, community, food, music, and fun for everyone. And remember, it’s not just a race!

Day of donation only registration for the 5k and 1k will be available.

Join us Friday, October 2 from 5:30-7:30pm for our Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration! This will be held at the Town Hall Auditorium at 2 Jabish Street in Belchertown.

This is a free event, and we will be giving out stickers to the first 100 people. There will also be a Salsa class held by Roshay Roshay.

5K — $35
1K — $25

Each registration includes a $15 donation to the Lake Wallace Gift Account

After September 17, 5K and 1K registration will be donation-only and will not include a T-shirt.

EDIT/UPDATE: We will reopen on Friday, September 4 at 9:30 am!

For the safety of patrons and staff, the Clapp Memorial Library will be closed for 2-3 days starting Wednesday, September 2, 2026 in order for necessary structural work to be completed. The length of closing will be determined once work is underway; however, we anticipate reopening on Saturday, September 5 at 9:30am at the latest. We will do our best to update residents as more information becomes available. Item due dates and hold pick-up dates will be extended. If possible, please don’t return items until the building reopens.

Today is the day come on down to the town common for the SOARR 5k!! Didn’t register for the 5k- that’s okay- there will be plenty of food, friends, and fun on the Belchertown common!
