In a world filled with constant messages and information, it's easy for words to get lost in translation. The way something is said can be completely different from how it's perceived, leading to misunderstandings, frustration, and hurt feelings.

While we were in the process of building Beaty, we were able to look into the newest options for securing our cottages. These options have far surpassed what we are currently utilizing and we are hopeful that we will be able to improve the systems in our older cottages to get them up to the standard that Beaty has now set. Improving these systems provides not only some
reassurance to us that we are doing everything in our power to know that the kids in our care are safe, but it also allows us the ability to demonstrate to the kids that we are actively taking steps to assure them that their safety is a priority.
