Attention Belington Residents

This post is to inform residents on Brown and Crim Ave to plan for alternative parking between 5 am and 6 am on the scheduled mornings of street sweeping, starting September 10th.
Scheduled days:
THURSDAYS: East (or right side) of Crim Ave, from Shop n Save towards the intersection of Rt 250/92. North (or right side) on Brown Ave coming from the bridge towards Audra.
FRIDAYS: The opposite side of Brown and Crim will be done.

Please be aware there will be a friendly reminder the first week should you forget, with a warning ticket for 2nd offense, and a ticket issued for the 3rd offense.

The City of Belington has installed a new Outdoor Life-Saving AED at City Hall, right in the heart of our community!

We sincerely hope it’s something that never has to be used—but when seconds matter, knowing this life-saving equipment is available could make all the difference.

📞 To access the AED, simply call 911 (tel:911) for the access code.

The cabinet also contains an opioid overdose response kit with Naloxone, providing another potentially life-saving resource when it’s needed most.

This is more than just a piece of equipment—it’s another step toward keeping our residents, businesses, visitors, and community safer.

Due to a main water line break along Crim Ave. in front of Shop n Save, water will be off until repaired. There is no estimate on repair time at this time. Thank you for your patience.

Update: Water should be on within the next hour.

Some residents in the Big Field area, Chestnut Street mainly, will experience a water outage while city crews are fixing a water leak. No expected time of repair is known yet.
