Update on Gage Mobile Home Park Relocation Impact Report

The Bell Community Housing Authority (BCHA) has finalized the Relocation Impact Report for Gage Mobile Home Park, which was distributed to residents on August 5, 2026.

To be clear, the Report does not mean the park is being closed or that residents are being asked to move. The Report outlines potential impacts, available relocation benefits, and support for eligible residents, including moving assistance, housing search support, rental assistance, down payment assistance, and other resources required under California law.

The Report is available for public review and comment for the next 60 days. Comments may be submitted to the City Manager’s Office. A public hearing is scheduled for October 14, 2026.

Questions? Contact the City Manager’s Office at (323) 588-6211 ext. 2617.

The Report is available on our website, www.cityofbell.gov.
