Antrim County High Tea for Breast Cancer Prevention Presentation

The Antrim County High Tea for Breast Cancer invites you to attend an awareness presentation hosted by the Bellaire Public Library on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 5:30–6:30 pm. Two weeks from today!

Until 2009, Antrim County had the highest breast cancer mortality rate in Michigan. Since then, the rate has dropped 36% and we now rank 47th out of 83 counties.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Each October, people across the country unite to raise awareness and support for the millions of people affected by breast cancer.

THIS SATURDAY - 11:00-3:00!! Lots of fun activites and soup cook off. Don't forget the market livestock animal project give-away. See you all there. All activities and soup are by donation.

🎃 We had a pumpkin-full morning at Second Saturday Story Hour!

Thank you to all the families who joined us for fall stories, pumpkin painting, and a little creativity at the Bellaire Public Library! We loved sharing a morning of reading, crafting, and fun together. 🍂

🦃 Mark your calendars for November 14 at 10:30 a.m.! Join us for our next Second Saturday Story Hour: Turkey Trot! Enjoy turkey-themed stories, silly movement, a turkey craft, and—weather permitting—a short turkey trot around the block.

We look forward to seeing you for another morning of library fun! 📚

🧠 Dementia Workshop: Understanding Typical vs. Not Typical Aging

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this informative workshop! Participants learned about the differences between typical aging and dementia, how dementia can affect behavior, and ways to better understand and support those living with dementia.
