🔥 Big News from the Bellaire Professional Firefighters Association! 🔥
Please join us in congratulating Chief Davis Farquhar on his well-deserved promotion to Fire Chief of the Bellaire Fire Department!
Chief Farquhar has proudly served the City of Bellaire since 2005 — climbing the ranks from Firefighter/Paramedic to Assistant Fire Chief/Fire Marshal — and now taking the helm as Fire Chief. With two decades of experience, dedication, and integrity, he’s earned the respect and trust of everyone who’s had the honor to serve beside him.
We’re confident that under Chief Farquhar’s leadership, the department will continue moving forward — bringing back the pride, the brotherhood, and the strong firehouse culture that makes Bellaire Fire what it is. His vision and commitment to the job will no doubt steer us toward the high standards our community expects and our members deserve.
🚒 Congratulations, Chief — your Bellaire Fire family stands behind you as we take this next chapter together!

🔥 Well, well, well… look who’s moving up in the world! 🔥

Chief Tittel started his career right here in Bellaire, and now he’s headed off to lead the crew at Harris County ESD 48. Guess he finally decided to take everything he learned from us and see if it works somewhere else!

All jokes aside, we’re proud to see one of our own finishing out an incredible career at the top. Once a Bellaire firefighter, always a Bellaire firefighter.

Maybe there’s just something about this place that builds leaders… or maybe we’re just that good. Either way, we’ve got a few spots opening up soon, so if you’re looking to start your story, keep an eye out for those job postings!

👨‍🚒 Welcome to the Team, Chief Tittel!
Today marks Chief Tittel’s first day with Harris County ESD No. 48 Fire Department, and we’re excited to have him join our leadership team! His experience and dedication to public service will be an incredible asset to our department and community.
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Chief Tittel as he begins this new chapter with ! 👏🔥

Train Like Lives Depend On It…..Because They Do.

This month, your Bellaire Firefighters teamed up with West University Fire Department to sharpen our high-rise fire operations skills at the training tower.

Having this tower is a game-changer, it lets us train on duty and stay ready for anything. Many forget that Bellaire has plenty of high-rises, and by NFPA standards, anything above three stories counts.

Most departments rarely get to practice this, but we do — because when the call comes, we’ll be ready. 💪🚒
