RTC Services stopped in for a visit today. I decided to teach them something new.....Woodburning! Kept it simple by doing faces on wood pumpkins from Dollar Tree. They learned how to use torch burning paste by brushing it on the area that you want to "burn". After they finished coating the areas that needed the paste the real fun started. The group learned how to use a heat pen and how it burns the paste on the wood. After the burning portion of the project was done a coat of watered down orange paint was sponged on then quickly wiped off to try and give the pumpkins a weathered look.

This group had no fear of the heat pens and wanted to know what project they could do next with them. I told them maybe something with melted crayons.....🤔

Love this group, they are an awesome bunch!

Happy readings,
Beth
