🗑Solid Waste Notification – Labor Day

In observance of Labor Day, all Government Buildings will be CLOSED on Monday, September 7th. Additionally, there will be NO garbage pickup on Monday, September 7th.

The compactor sites in Belle Chasse and South Plaquemines will be CLOSED on September 7th. Trash bins will be positioned outside the gate during this period.

All Government Buildings will continue normal operations Tuesday, September 8th. Garbage collection services will resume on the next scheduled business day.

I would like to thank the Plaquemines RPEC for allowing me the opportunity to speak at their meeting last night. It was a pleasure to share our accomplishments and discuss our plans for the future of Plaquemines Parish.

I’m proud of the progress we have made, and I look forward to continuing to work together to build an even stronger future for our parish. Thank you for the opportunity to share our vision and for your continued commitment to Plaquemines Parish!

I was truly honored to be one of the sponsors for “Under the Lights” at Belle Chasse High School. It was a privilege to represent my Alma mater at such a wonderful event.

This marks the 10th year of Under the Lights, and it continues to grow bigger and better every year. I have had the pleasure of being apart of this wonderful event since it started. It was amazing to see the boys and girls enjoying themselves and making memories.

A huge shout out to everyone who works so hard to put together such an incredible event. Your dedication and commitment to our students and community do not go unnoticed.

As some of you may have seen, I was out putting up campaign signs this past weekend and there will be more to come!

If you would like a campaign sign for your yard, please feel free to reach out to me. I’ll also be walking through neighborhoods in the coming weeks to meet with residents, listen to your concerns, and discuss the issues that matter most to our community.

I’ll be hosting a Town Hall meeting in the next several weeks. More information will be shared soon!
