Today we had the annual water day at the school hope all the kids and staff enjoyed it we sure did. It’s fun for the kids but benefits us as well with pump operations training and also drivers training hours. We couldn’t pull this off without the help so thank you to Bland Fire District, Vichy Fire Department, and Owensville Fire Protection District for your outstanding help

Rain plans for the Easter Egg Hunt this morning

0-2 age group & cupcakes. Large pavilion
3-4 age group Bingo pavilion
5-7 age group the 4 H pavilion
8-10 age group the Livestock pavilion

A mixture of eggs to those that arrive.

Cupcakes will be under the large pavilion with the Easter Bunny- stop by for a treat and a photo.

Drawing for the prizes at 1030- get to your designated spot for a ticket for the drawing early

Don’t get the itch and burn a ditch!!!

Dry conditions and winds will create disastrous situations!

We live in areas where our emergency fire response is volunteers doing their very best to provide services.

Please don’t test the response by burning when conditions clearly put you and neighboring acres at risk.

Please do not do any outside burning today and keep a close eye on anything burned the last couple days the winds are supposed to be 30-35mph today and it could spread a fire burnt earlier in the week that appeared to be out. All area departments had a busy day yesterday and could use the break thanks.
