WISE is designed to help older adults celebrate healthy aging, make healthy lifestyle choices and avoid
substance abuse.

Participants will receive wellness tools such as pill organizers, medication lock boxes, and disposal bags and lunch at each session!

🌟early attic late basement rummage sale! Saturday July 18, 9-2. Please deliver items one week prior to sale, if possible, due to storage. Let gwyn know if you plan to bring items. Contact info at bottom.

Note: You can come to activities once without being a member. Then, membership is $25 a year with scholarships available. See gwyn at office.
