📢 A friendly reminder from the City of Bellefontaine!

Election season means there are a lot of signs popping up around town! We respect everyone’s right to show support for the candidates and issues that are important to them.

BUT... there is one important thing to remember! 😊

Signs are not permitted in the street lawn/boulevard, which is the area between the sidewalk and the street.

Signs placed in the boulevard may be removed by the City without notice.

This applies to all signs, regardless of candidate, issue, or message.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our public rights-of-way clear and safe. Thank you!
