Whiteside School District is currently looking to fill an evening custodial position at the District’s middle school. Cleaning experience is preferred but is not a requirement. The applicant should be an independent worker who is open to suggestions and training.

Starting pay is set at $17 dollars an hour and the district does 100% of the individual’s health insurance as a benefit.

Middle School Calendar of Events for Monday, August 31:

*The 8th grade photos for athletes on the softball, baseball, and cross country teams will be taken at practice. 8th graders need to bring their uniform to school. In addition, the baseball team will have a media day, so all baseball athletes need to bring their uniform to school.

*There will be a 5th grade band parent meeting at 6:30 pm.

*We will have Garden Club after school.

*Students can turn in their permission slip to go on the fan bus to the Whiteside Baseball and Softball games against Okawville at the Gateway Grizzlies Stadium on Wednesday, September 2.

*There will be a drama audition workshop after school in Ms. Campbell-Adams classroom.

*Students can turn in their permission slip and application for the cast of Shrek the Musical, Jr.

*Students can turn in their application for the crew of Shrek the Musical, Jr.

*Students can turn in their application to join the Boys Group.

Brooklyn has the ability to improve the mood of a room just be being in it. She is kind, patiet, and takes her school work very seriously.
