Due to software upgrades, the online payment system will become inactive at 5p.m. on August 18th. After that time, customers will not be able to make payments online. The City hopes the new system will be available by the beginning of September, but please watch for updates. All due dates, penalties, and disconnects will still be in effect. Customers will need to mail their payment or pay in person at the City Office.

***This will not affect those who have their bills on auto withdrawal.

All registration for youth volleyball and soccer will be done through the Concordia website concordiaks.recdesk.com/Community/Programs
Select your sport and age group, Register Now, Create A New Account, Complete Registration ***Add Belleville Team in the Notes***, Checkout and Pay.

Soccer is open now and enrollment ends August 16, with volleyball enrollment opening tomorrow and ending August 23.
