Thank you to all of my supporters and everyone who was able to donate to our campaign! Last night, we hit our goal of 46 donors by my 46th birthday! Full attention now turns to continuing to engage with our communities and getting out the vote!

Reminder - we are starting to distribute yard signs. Let me know if you'd like to represent the campaign this fall! HOAs may vary, but the Town of Plainfield allows yard signs beginning September 6. DM or Email the campaign for more info.

Last Call!

Today's my birthday. I'm turning 46.

On July 25th, I set a goal: 46 donors by today. Not because the number is magic, but because I wanted a deadline that would push us to actually go out and talk to people about why this campaign exists.

As of this morning, we're at 42. Four to go, and today's the deadline. If you've been meaning to chip in but haven't yet, this is the moment.

This isn't about me turning a year older. It's about whether Hendricks County gets real debate before budgets pass, real accountability before votes happen instead of after, and growth that pays for itself instead of landing on your family.

This is the county's tax abatement ordinance. Read the date at the bottom: 1997.

In 2000, Hendricks County had about 104,000 people. Today we're estimated at roughly 193,000. Almost double. And this ordinance predates all of it, it was written before this county became what it is now.

A county council member said at last week's meeting that this needs review. He's right. You don't run 2026 growth on 1997 rules.
